The Museumsdorf Niedersulz lets the visitors dive into a typical Weinviertel village along a stream. The center is the village square with residential and farm buildings, workshops of craftsmen and the village square with the stately hunter's house (in operation as a museum inn), the Poysdorf inn with grocery from Jedenspeigen, a vicarage, farm buildings and also a chapel of the Virgin Mary.

Other village elements such as the farm mill from Walterskirchen, a back alley and the cellar lane with press houses complete the village structure.
In Schmalzberg, at the top of which stands the entrance building opened in 2012, the Gaiselberg elementary school with an attached teacher's flat and a large school garden as well as the "Living Farm" with various livestock breeds are attractions for young and old.
